Sets
of LWP and SWP filters offer wavelength coverage over the 400nm
to 1000nm spectrum. These filters are quite diverse, and are
used in any application requiring the re-direction of a particular
band of light. A few such applications are: as trim filters to
remove unwanted sideband radiation, color enhancement for maximum
contrast in color applications, color combining for photographic
use, and as order sorting filters in photometry. |
